Job Full Description We are seeking an Assembler for a manufacturing company in Fitchburg, MA. You will be handling assembly work of electro-mechanical products by following work instructions, quality standards, and established manufacturing procedures in a production environment. Responsibilities

- Perform hands-on assembly work following work orders and detailed instructions
- Use a variety of small hand tools and precision equipment to assemble components accurately
- Accurately complete daily work orders and time sheets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Identify and report issues with materials, equipment, or work instructions
- Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures
- Use ERP systems for production tracking as required (training provided)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail with steady hands and good eye-hand coordination
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
