Description - What You'll Contribute

• Conduct both routine and advanced lab tests-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-while adhering to established laboratory protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for further analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, orient new team members, and uphold rigorous lab quality standards.
• Promote a clean, safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Earned a bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification as a condition of continued employment.
