Account Customer Service Coordinator Location New Albany, OH Job Summary As an Account Customer Service Coordinator, you will build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with the company's key clients, providing high‑level service and resolving operational challenges to ensure client satisfaction. Pay & Schedule Hourly: $20.00 / hour. Weekdays Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Hybrid schedule: one day per month (typically between the 10th‑17th). Responsibilities Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned client(s). Respond in a timely manner to all inquiries via email/phone. Prepare, update, and develop client jeopardy orders reports, publish daily, and ensure internal resolution. Serve as subject‑matter expert for assigned client(s), understanding SOPs and expectations. Provide support to other departments and field locations regarding assigned client(s). Identify and analyze trends and patterns of operational issues causing jeopardy orders. Lead daily/weekly/monthly service calls with assigned client(s) and internal conference calls when needed. Manage VIP orders or requests, ensuring they meet client expectations. Work client‑specific reports such as open order, return, and EMC reports. Provide direction and support to Customer Service Representatives assisting assigned client(s). Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service. Participate in daily operational calls and update field operations about assigned clients. Participate in meetings and presentations specific to assigned clients. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High‑school diploma/GED required. Minimum 3 years experience in a customer‑service role or equivalent. Minimum 1 year in client‑account specialization preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem‑solving, time‑management, and prioritization abilities. Basic math skills (beginner). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an advanced level.
