Implementation ConsultantThe Implementation Consultant works closely with other Solution Delivery colleagues to implement RevSpring patient engagement and payment solutions. He/she is responsible for selected requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing activities on assigned projects. The role will collaborate with client SME's/stakeholders, the RevSpring Solution Delivery team, and other matrixed project resources to define and deliver the client's RevSpring solution. The role is expected to actively drive best practices, adhere to prescribed implementation methodologies, and provide inputs into enhancing Solution Delivery implementation processes and collateral.Essential Functions:Serves as the Implementation Consultant for assigned product(s). Primary focus of the role is two-fold:Lead/perform requirements definition, solution design, configuration, and testing activitiesProvide project oversight/governance on selected single or multiproduct implementationsCollaborates with Project Engineer, Solution Architects, Product Management, Support, Sales, and other Implementation Consultants on how to solve client business needs utilizing product base featuresMaintains a product focused discipline limiting custom configurationsConfigures RevSpring printed communication, digital delivery, and payment solutions according to best practicesWorks closely with the implementation team; keeping team members and stakeholders informed of the implementation status of projects/products they ownParticipates in Architecture Review sessions to understand the scope of client implementations, strategic client direction, and any outstanding business needsCreates onboarding materials, templates, and process documents to effectively and accurately scale the onboarding process of direct and partner clients for RevSpring solutionsProvides guidance to Solution Support teams, as required, to triage complex issuesParticipates in transition meetings with Solution SupportMaintains a strong working knowledge of RevSpring's products, services, and systemsUtilizes knowledge gained to offer direction/guidance to the teamAdvises colleagues on product functionality, customer workflows, and best practices for troubleshootingActively participates in the development of the Solution Delivery implementation assetsIntroduces and utilizes best practicesExpected to learn selected RevSpring solutions and develop a high degree of specialization in 2-4 product areasCompletes assigned certification training coursesMinimum Requirements:Specific Job Skills:ARM and RCM industry knowledge, HFMA/ARM trainingAttention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to organize and multi-task job responsibilities and prioritize effectivelyProven commitment to providing excellent customer service within all dimensions of the job duties on a consistent basisAbility to learn quickly and retain knowledge to apply to new situationsUp to 10% travel may be requiredEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher preferredExperience: 2-4 years' experience in a software product implementations role within Healthcare and particularly revenue cycle managementLanguage Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
