Join us in delivering outstanding service and becoming an integral part of our community.Job Responsibilities:Provide positive representation of the departmentProactively assist customers and solve problemsMaintain a friendly and outgoing demeanor with both customers and employees.Ensure a professional and safe work environmentAssist with inventory management and merchandisingAssist the manager with all department operations and merchandising of Sporting Goods.Manage the sporting goods department in the absence of the manager.Work well with all departments throughout the store to accomplish all goals set forth.Qualifications:Previous retail management experienceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods18 years of ageHigh School or GED equivalent requiredBenefits:Flexible schedule with 40 hours minimum per weekHealth, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days401k with company matchEmployee discount and paid time offRate of pay $20.00 per hour.Location: Spokane, WAAddress: 2424 N.
