Practice Manager

The Practice Manager supports the daily operations of multiple outpatient behavioral health sites. This role focuses on staffing coordination, front office oversight, scheduling, patient flow, and ensuring that each site runs efficiently. They work under the direction of the Director of Utilization Management and Administrative Services. Required Qualifications Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, social services, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health office setting. Experience supervising or coordinating staff. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable traveling between multiple clinic locations Experience with EHR systems. Knowledge of insurance verification and outpatient scheduling workflows. Prior experience in behavioral health settings.
