Position: Office Manager – Full Time

Job Description Seeking office manager for a small family-owned Security Company.  This position wears many hats and is NOT for someone who is looking for a short-term position as it takes 6 months to a year to learn all facets of the business. Seeking a person who will be with the company long-term, who is a team player with the potential to grow into a larger leadership position.

·         Handle the day-to-day business operations

A Day in the Life at Parker Security

On any given day...  Although there are the standard duties such as: billing, collecting on past dues, entering new customers, deposits .... The next phone call could be someone’s security panel who is going crazy (and is not the least bit happy about it), or a customer needing new service, a tech in the field having problems with a panel, etc, etc.  And that will often come in all at once.  It is unpredictable and new every day. Not the job for one that gets easily overwhelmed.

We are an intimate, Christian based family run security company. The days are generally full and fast-paced. We work hard and laugh hard. Our job is to keep people and their property safe, which we take seriously, but we also get to know our clients and their families. The team is very close and truly is a family (even those who have no blood relation).We want someone to join our family... not just work here.
