Key Responsibilities Deliver outpatient therapy to individuals, families, couples, and groups. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and clinical staff. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinical, ethical, and legal standards, including through the use of TherapyAppointment and EHR systems. Participate in weekly team meetings to promote professional development. Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for both clients and staff. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field. IM-CANS Certified (or willingness to obtain certification). Experience working with clients in a therapy setting. Proficiency or willingness to learn how to navigate TherapyAppointment and EHR systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive clinical practices. Enthusiasm to grow professionally within a supportive clinical environment. Preferred (Not Required) Experience with EHR systems (such as TherapyAppointment or similar platforms). Experience working with populations such as youth, trauma survivors, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC communities. Schedule Overview Flexible working hours within an 8:00 AM–8:00 PM window Scheduling is based on client needs and team coordination Occasional evening availability may be required depending on program demand Pay Rate: $55.00–$65.00 per hour. Placement within the range is determined by experience, credentials, and overall qualifications. Orientation and training hours are paid at $25.00 per hour.
