¡Únete a nuestro equipo! Estamos buscando un Director de Línea Mascotas para unirse a nuestra empresa. Somos una compañía dedicada a la producción de alimentos balanceados para animales y sales mineralizadas para ganadería, llevamos 58 años de permanencia en el mercado y contamos con cuatro unidades de negocio: Alimentos Balanceados, Tecnología Genética, Producción Pecuaria y Mascotas. Misión del cargo Liderar la estrategia comercial de la línea de mascotas, impulsando el crecimiento y la rentabilidad del negocio a través del desarrollo de la marca propia, la gestión de relaciones comerciales y la implementación de estrategias de mercadeo, garantizando la satisfacción de clientes, proveedores y equipo. Principales responsabilidades del cargo Liderar la estrategia comercial de la línea de mascotas a nivel nacional. Realizar seguimiento al desempeño comercial de cada regional, especialmente en el crecimiento y posicionamiento de la marca propia. Diseñar, implementar y monitorear estrategias comerciales y de mercadeo. Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones con clientes estratégicos, grandes distribuidores y aliados comerciales. Liderar negociaciones con cadenas de grandes superficies y empresas de consumo masivo. Analizar indicadores de gestión y proponer acciones para el crecimiento del negocio. Acompañar y fortalecer la gestión de los equipos comerciales en las diferentes regionales. Perfil Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Medicina Veterinaria o carreras afines. Experiencia mínima de (5) años en dirección comercial, desarrollo de negocios o manejo de líneas de producto. Deseable experiencia en el sector de consumo masivo, retail, distribución o industria de mascotas. Disponibilidad para viajar: El cargo requiere disponibilidad para realizar visitas mensuales a las regionales de Bogotá, Antioquia, Cali y Eje Cafetero, con el fin de acompañar al equipo comercial, visitar clientes estratégicos y fortalecer las relaciones con distribuidores.
