Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position is based at an elementary school near Littleton, CO, running from August 11, 2026, through May 21, 2027. You’ll support an engaging student caseload (TBD), work 37.5 hours weekly, and collaborate with a team of dedicated education professionals.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility for licensure)
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience in K-12 school settings, particularly with speech/language disorders, preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide direct therapy and consultation services to students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development sessions
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment to ensure every student can achieve their communication goals
