Commercial Lines Account Manager

Our growing Agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. If you are a team oriented professional that loves to provide top notch customer service, this is the career opportunity for you! Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to clients handling coverage questions, policy changes, and service requests. Process policy renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and cancellations. Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy. Work with our various carriers to obtain quotes and proposals Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems. Qualifications Previous commercial lines insurance experience preferred. Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe). Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy forms. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
