We're currently in urgent need of Residential Desk Workers — not just to do a job, but to make a difference.

What You'll Do:

• Assisting clients with day-to-day needs, questions, and concerns
• Managing client sign-ins/outs
• Monitoring and distributing medications
• Conducting room and belongings searches
• Completing paperwork and documenting activity
• Providing structure, care, and support to clients throughout their stay

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable, calm, and consistent team members
• Strong communication and boundary-setting skills
• Compassionate, but able to maintain rules and structure
• Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Willingness to work day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• No certification required — just a strong sense of purpose and professionalism
