At Cyprus Credit Union, we're looking for a Mortgage Servicing & Secondary Manager who is passionate about building strong teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional service throughout the entire life of a mortgage loan. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to oversee our Mortgage Servicing, Post-Closing, and Secondary Market operations. You will lead experienced teams responsible for servicing activities, investor loan delivery, construction loan servicing, agency compliance, and secondary market execution while helping shape the future of our mortgage operations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of mortgage servicing, including management of the third-party sub-servicer, escrow administration, servicing transfers, payoffs, default management, investor reporting, and member service standards. You will ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a seamless experience for members and business partners. You will also provide leadership for post-closing and secondary market functions, ensuring loans are delivered accurately and on time, investor requirements are met, and profitability objectives are achieved. This includes oversight of loan sales, pricing strategies, hedging activities, investor relationships, collateral delivery, and secondary market performance reporting. As a key member of the Mortgage leadership team, you will partner closely with senior leadership to develop servicing and secondary market strategies, improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and support long-term organizational goals. You will communicate department performance, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help drive profitable growth within the mortgage division. Success in this role is about more than managing operations. It is about developing people, creating consistency, and building a culture of accountability and service excellence. You will hire, coach, mentor, and support employees across multiple functional teams while fostering collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement. We are looking for an experienced mortgage professional with a strong background in mortgage servicing, post-closing operations, and secondary markets. The ideal candidate understands mortgage loan delivery, servicing oversight, pricing strategy, investor requirements, profitability analysis, and regulatory compliance. This person is a strategic thinker, effective leader, and problem solver who enjoys improving processes and helping teams succeed. What You'll Bring The successful candidate will bring experience leading mortgage servicing, post-closing, or secondary market operations, along with a strong understanding of agency, investor, and regulatory requirements. This role requires knowledge of mortgage servicing, loan delivery, pricing, hedging, and profitability analysis, as well as experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may also be considered.
