Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families throughout all stages of life, from children to the elderly.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently hold) an active Ohio medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
