About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Commercial Leadership to play a pivotal role in the strategic growth and commercial transformation of the organization. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide go-to-market strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and creating commercial strategies to enhance customer retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role is a builder and transformational leader with a strong background in leading commercial organizations within complex, multi-site service or operational environments. They should be adept at leading sales transformation, and commercial excellence initiatives, and be capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across multiple functions and business units. Key responsibilities for the VP Commercial Leadership include building and implementing scalable sales processes, structures, and best practices, as well as establishing performance metrics and accountability systems. The role also involves improving commercial operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading cross-functional partnerships to align growth strategies. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or advanced business degree preferred, and at least 10-15 years of experience in commercial leadership roles. Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills are essential, as is the ability to lead organizational change and commercial transformation with a focus on long-term success and a culture of leadership development.
