Looking for a warm, organized, and positive Front Office Lead / Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team!

We believe a child’s experience at the dentist starts the moment they walk through the door. We are looking for someone who loves working with children and families, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and understands that the little details matter.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome children and families with a friendly, positive attitude
• Manage check-in/check-out, scheduling, confirmations, recalls, and treatment appointments
• Communicate treatment plans and financial information clearly and compassionately
• Follow up on outstanding treatment plans and recall patients
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions professionally
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front office
• Help coordinate the daily flow of the practice
• Support the doctor and clinical team as needed
• Help create an exceptional experience for every child and family

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental front-office experience preferred
• Pediatric dental experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality
• Someone who takes initiative and can work independently
• Comfortable learning new technology and practice systems
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children
• A “yes, we can” attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
