Cardiac & Vascular Sonographer

Location: Columbia, SC

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Cardiac & Vascular Sonographer to perform both echocardiography and vascular ultrasound procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. Candidates must hold active certifications in both echocardiography and vascular technology.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Dual certification required (no exceptions):
  • ARDMS-RVT or CCI-RVS (Vascular)
  • ARDMS-AE and/or ARDMS-PE, or CCI-RCS (Echocardiography)

Schedule:

• 3 x 12-Hour Night Shifts
• Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• No call required

Required Skills & Experience:

• Adult Echocardiography
• Vascular Ultrasound Studies
• Doppler Imaging
• Carotid Duplex Examinations
• Venous and Arterial Studies
• Cardiac Function Assessment
• Epic Documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive echocardiographic examinations
• Conduct vascular ultrasound studies including arterial and venous imaging
• Accurately document findings within Epic EMR
• Ensure high-quality imaging and adherence to departmental protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment
