Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.50 per hour

What’s a typical day as Data Entry Clerk? You’ll be:

• Accurately entering, updating, and verifying data in various company databases and systems
• Reviewing data for errors or discrepancies and correcting inconsistencies to ensure integrity
• Organizing and managing both electronic and paper files
• Performing regular data backups to safeguard records
• Assisting with routine administrative tasks and generating reports as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Bring proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role
• Possess strong typing skills, including 10 key proficiency
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management
• Can maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
• Have experience with data management systems (preferred)
• Know basic operation of office equipment such as scanners and printers (preferred)
• Are able to work independently and meet deadlines (preferred)
