Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and customer support activities at a corporate technology location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and assist with directing guests, deliveries, and vendors in accordance with site policies. Support emergency response activities and business continuity procedures by following post orders, relaying information, and assisting with orderly responses to weather, medical, and/or facility‑related events. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
