Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages.
- Assist team members with clerical and office support tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support daily office operations and special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
