Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a pivotal role supporting a small K-8 school district as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist. This part-time position spans the full 2026-27 academic year, beginning August 13, 2026 and wrapping up on June 4, 2027. With just 10-15 hours per week, you'll make a lasting difference for students while maintaining exceptional work-life balance.

Ideal Background and Credentials:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology credentials (CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year accepted)
• Experience in school-based SLP, pediatrics, and/or healthcare settings (preferred)
• Comfortable working with K-8 children and collaborating in small teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and case management skills
• Ability to plan and implement individualized therapy and interventions in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech or language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals aligned to students’ abilities
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators on student progress and needs
• Maintain timely, compliant records and progress reports
• Offer training, consultation, and support to staff and families within district guidelines
