Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP licensure in California
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Compassion for working with diverse student populations in grades K-8

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain relevant documentation
• Work closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to evaluate, plan, and monitor student needs
