We're looking for an experienced paralegal who can efficiently handle 30–40+ files per month with accuracy and strong communication skills. It's essential to be proactive and take ownership of your work, as you'll be instrumental in delivering a seamless client experience. Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage real estate transactions from inception to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and closing statements, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with legal standards.
- Conduct thorough title searches and resolve any discrepancies to ensure clear property titles.
- Assist in drafting and filing legal documents related to estate planning, wills, and trusts.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence efficiently and professionally.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Active Florida Title Agent License
- In-office availability in Hollywood, FL
- 5+ years of title closing experience
- Proven ability to manage 30–40+ files per month independently
- Experience working with processors (including remote processors)
- Proficiency with title software (Qualia preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform under deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
