Physician (primary Care)

Provide high-quality, value-based primary care to Medicare patients in a collaborative outpatient setting, with a strong focus on preventive care, patient outcomes, and coordinated care. Qualified candidates may also be considered for a Medical Director role. Qualifications MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine. Active, unrestricted state medical license and DEA registration.
