The Role Manage an average patient panel with a broad array of acute and chronic needs. Utilize a manageable schedule (approx. 18-21 patients/day) to allow for quality, unhurried care. Collaborate daily with an integrated care team. Utilize state-of-the-art technology and modern EHR systems. Core Responsibilities Patient Care: Conduct routine check-ups, sick visits, and preventative screenings for established patients of Virginia Women's Center and their partners Disease Management: Diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. Care Coordination: Refer patients to medical specialists and coordinate ongoing treatment plans. Charting: Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $200,000-$240,000+ (depending on experience and panel structure). Sign-on Bonus available. Qualifications / Licensure / Certifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain). Current DEA registration for prescribing medications. Experience Experience in a primary care or family medicine setting is preferred. New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
