Picasso Restaurant Group | Michigan Medicine – Pavilion River Cafe

Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Pay: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Two Shifts Available
Operating Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Picasso Restaurant Group is seeking a dependable, experienced Grill Cook to join our team at the Pavilion River Cafe, located inside Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor.

We are hiring for two shifts within our Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM operating hours. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing fresh, quality food.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items to order.
Operate grill and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with food preparation, restocking, and kitchen closing duties.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications

Previous grill or line cook experience preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of proper food handling and kitchen safety.
Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform typical kitchen duties.
