Ensure accurate and timely medical record documentation, including treatment goals and quality assessments. Provide therapy care in compliance with physician orders and insurance approvals. Participate in the student program, providing a positive learning environment and supervision. Create and pursue an individualized professional development plan, engaging in ongoing professional growth. Maintain licensure in good standing and complete all state‑mandated continuing education requirements. Contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to enhance service quality. Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification. Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment. Previous experience with Select Medical is a plus. Schedule This is a full‑time position with a 5×8 hour shift schedule.
