Front of House Lead Supervisor We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Front of House Lead Supervisor position. Further details upon interview. Requirements Previous high‑volume catering, bar, and customer service experience preferred. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Other duties as assigned. Perks Willing to train. Pay Range $25.00 to $28.00 per hour. Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead event‑day operations, coordinating staffing, setup, execution, and breakdown activities to ensure seamless event delivery. Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and event stakeholders to support exceptional guest experiences and successful event outcomes. Monitor service quality, operational efficiency, and safety standards while proactively resolving issues that arise during events. Provide hands‑on leadership by supporting front‑of‑house and service staff as needed to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Job Summary Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
