Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess the physical therapy needs of children and adults.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals of each patient.
• Regularly re-evaluating clinical outcomes and adjusting treatment strategies to ensure maximum progress.
• Documenting patient progress rigorously through SOAP notes, care plans, and other necessary records using our user-friendly electronic record system.
• Providing education and resources to patients and their families, equipping them with strategies to facilitate recovery at home.
• Meeting established productivity and utilization goals while maintaining the highest quality of care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams within our clinic to enhance client outcomes, especially for those receiving multiple therapeutic services.
• Representing our clinic's values as a true ambassador for our mission and culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of patients, including individuals of all ages and varying backgrounds. You will encounter cases ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management, as well as pediatric therapy. This diversity will not only enhance your skill set but also provide you with fulfilling experiences in supporting clients from different walks of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates are expected to have:

• A Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• A current and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the state of California.
• A strong willingness to engage in both in-person therapy sessions and telehealth consultations as necessary.
• A passionate commitment to serving a diverse clientele, demonstrating flexibility and cultural competency.
• A collaborative spirit and a focus on customer service excellence within a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a rehabilitation setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, as well as a background in pediatric therapy, will be advantageous but is not required. Compensation and Benefits
