Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, incorporating comprehensive assessments, patient history, and functional testing to determine the appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training aimed at restoring mobility and strength.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to adjust care plans based on ongoing assessments and patient progress.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient care activities, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Meet productivity benchmarks while maintaining high-quality care and actively engaging in departmental and community initiatives to promote health education and awareness.
• Participate in continuing education workshops and may serve as a clinical instructor for students or new hires, sharing knowledge and clinical expertise with others.
• Focus on enhancing the patient experience by addressing individual concerns and fostering an accessible care environment.

Our client base primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. We prioritize tailored approaches to suit a diverse range of patients, including athletes seeking performance enhancement and seniors recovering from joint replacements. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in California.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
• A commitment to continued professional development and staying updated with the latest therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred; however, new graduates with a strong passion for patient care are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to outpatient therapy settings and familiarity with using rehabilitation technologies or electronic health record systems.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team while also being capable of proceeding with independent and critical decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 , commensurate with experience.
