Systems Engineer - Simulation & Training (Secret Clearance)

Position Overview We are seeking a full‑time System Engineer to support the full product lifecycle for Simulation and Training products. Responsibilities include defining software requirements, verifying requirements, integrating and testing software, and troubleshooting system‑level issues on platforms such as C++ and Linux. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and will require a U.S. government security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required. Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 2 years professional engineering experience Experience with development of software requirements, requirement verification and collaboration with software engineers in design, development, and testing Experience with Model Based Engineering tools and methodologies like SysML Knowledge of formal system test methods associated with software requirements verification, software system regression and data analysis Experience with issue investigation and defect correction Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level – U.S. citizenship required Desired Skills Knowledge of formal system test methods associated with software requirements verification, software system regression and data analysis Experience with programming languages such as C++, Java and Python Experience with Linux/Unix Experience with network topology configuration, modeling tools, static code analysis tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills that support successful work in a collaborative and team‑based environment Security Clearance Position requires a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level. U.S. citizenship is required. Schedule 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
