Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to craft personalized treatment plans that align with client needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client growth.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, providing a tailored approach to therapy that emphasizes collaboration and understanding.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal obligations.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training that keep you abreast of the latest advancements in the mental health field.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience.
