We believe in doing meaningful work, treating people with respect and building a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to grow.If you're excited about making an impact and being part of a team that values sincerity, ownership, advocacy and resilience — We'd love to hear from you.Work OverviewWe are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician that under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), will be responsible for providing clinical skills instructions and behavior reduction protocols based upon the development of Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesWork 1:1 with patients in clinicWork with Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapist to assist with behavioral needsconsistently implement treatment plans with fidelity and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social and adaptive living skillsCollect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection softwareParticipate in ongoing training, evaluations and meetings are requiredCommunicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as neededWork ethically and with integrity while following the ethical code of conductBenefitsBenefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week.
