Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee 3 residential properties (161 units) located in Chinatown.  These properties are a mix of family housing units to include: Homeless set-aside (HOME), Project Based Voucher (PBV), Project Based Section 8 (PBS8), Community-Based Housing (CBH), Facilities of Consolidation Fund (FCF), and condo units.  The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly opening and closing, resident relations, vendors management, leasing, waitlist management, file compliance, annual recertifications, and staff supervision.

Your Qualifications

Property management experience is required. Affordable housing experience is required.   At least 2 of the following certifications are required: COS, CPO, SCHM, and/or C3P.  Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. MS Office experience is required. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Bilingual in English/Chinese is required.

Salary Range: $82,000 to $87,000 depending on experience.
