Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat various psychosocial problems in patients and their families, leveraging individual clinical social work skills to address issues stemming from mental or physical illness.

• Adhere to the NASW Code of Ethics and maintain professional standards of practice.

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment and aid in enhancing each patient's health status, ensuring effective utilization of available resources.

• Collaborate with medical and support staff to create tailored care plans, promoting comprehensive treatment programs that foster compliance and coordination in care delivery.

• Develop and implement individual and group treatment plans that reflect a thorough analysis of the patient’s progress and treatment results.

• Document all social work activities in patients' medical records following departmental standards to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
