Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper – Direct Hire

Location: Fort Worth, Texas (on-site M-F, 8a-5p hours)

Compensation: $60K - 65K

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll and accounts payable invoices
• Assist with month-end close, payroll taxes, and garnishments
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile bank statements

Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of experience in a bookkeeper position
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and v-look ups required
• Experience handling payroll and taxes (sales and use, payroll, property) required
• Must be available to work in-office in Fort Worth, Texas, full-time
