Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, speech and language assessments, and evidence-based interventions
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
• Provide direct therapy services individually or in groups
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate student growth
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
