Job ID:26-29218 Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Must have skills: - Organizational change management, change adoption, change impact assessments .
- 7 years of experience as a Senior Change Management Specialist
- Develops and executes the organizational change management strategy to facilitate stakeholder adoption of proposed improvements.
- Conducts change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness planning to support successful transformation.
