Job Description

We are looking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team of a Home Health Agency!

Responsibilities:

Manage records and information for clients and caregivers
Plan schedules, direct incoming calls and assist with care client home assessments
Provide administrative assistance to management team such as the Administrator
Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication with RN and Administrator
Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, errands, etc.)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in home health or healthcare
Knowledge of Wellsky PC
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities
