What You'll Do

• Connect with business owners and executives to understand their goals, challenges, and growth opportunities
• Build trust through meaningful conversations and recommend consulting solutions that align with each client's needs
• Present Bet-David Consulting's services, events, and educational programs with confidence and professionalism
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation through close
• Meet with clients virtually, in our Fort Lauderdale office, and in person when appropriate
• Develop and maintain your sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and proactive business development
• Track activity and client interactions within our CRM
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to a high-performance team culture

Qualifications

• 2+ years of success in sales, business development, client-facing, or other performance-driven roles preferred
• Experience with consultative, relationship-based, or solution-oriented selling is a plus
• Experience engaging decision-makers or business owners is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable learning new technology and CRM platforms
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Must be able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL
