Customer Support Assistant [Remote]

Help improve AI-powered customer support by bringing clear communication, empathy, and real-world support expertise to training and evaluation work. This remote contract role contributes high-quality input that helps AI systems learn, reason, and respond more effectively. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic written and verbal responses to customer support questions.
• Assess, annotate, and review support interactions for quality and consistency.
• Share practical insights that inform the development and refinement of AI-driven customer support tools.
• Identify recurring customer pain points and document effective issue-resolution practices.
• Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to provide feedback, recommend process improvements, and strengthen training-data quality.
• Maintain responsive, detail-oriented communication in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Protect data privacy and confidentiality across support interactions and documentation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and empathy.
• Prior customer support experience or experience in a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to tailor communication to different audiences and platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency documenting and reflecting on customer interactions.

• Experience using AI tools or familiarity with AI-driven support systems.
• Experience in customer-service training, coaching, or process improvement.
• Multilingual communication abilities to support diverse customer bases.

• Remote contract engagement.

• $20 to $70 per hour.
