Apply today and become a key player in driving innovation and excellence at L3Harris!Essential Functions:Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and mission successDrive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programsManage performance in key areas including cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programsSupport negotiation of contracts and contract changesSupport preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statements of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contractsAct as primary contact and leader for Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on assigned programsLead program review sessions with leadership to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performanceDemonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills across a wide range of technical and non-technical audiencesTravel up to 20% to domestic locationsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Requires strong knowledge of job area. Typically viewed as having a specialty within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience with DoD contractsAbility to obtain a U.S. security clearancePreferred Additional Skills:Active Secret or Top Secret U.S. security clearanceExperience with IR sensor systems or related technologies in a manufacturing/test environmentPMP or equivalent program management certificationFamiliarity with systems engineering processes, hardware development lifecycle, manufacturing readiness, and transition to productionExperience with earned value management, integrated master schedules, risk management, and formal gate or milestone reviewsProven track record managing program budgets, cost account management, and financial forecastingExperience with domestic and international customer engagements in a regulated defense environmentBackground in missile defense or sensor development programs#LI-KM1
