Zolman Restoration is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to join our team!
The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for the overall commercial growth strategy and execution for Zolman Restoration.

Qualifications
- A proven track record of growing commercial revenue
- Established commercial/institutional relationships and the ability to develop new ones
- Experience developing a high-performing Business Development team
- Strong skill with improving sales processes and reporting
- High growth drive balanced with integrity, empathy, and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Achieving annual company sales goal
- Growing commercial revenue
- Building a predictable sales pipeline
- Expanding strategic relationships
- Increasing market share
- Developing a high-performing Business Development team
- Improving sales processes and reporting
- Increasing enterprise value through sustainable revenue growth
- Being accountable for $4-6M annually
- Building executive-level client relationships
- Developing strategic commercial opportunities
- Pursuing large regional and national accounts
- Participating in major presentations
- Negotiating strategic partnerships
- Representing Zolman at industry associations and networking events
- Supporting significant proposal opportunities
