Project ManagerWe are representing a fast-growing construction management firm actively hiring a Project Manager to oversee HVAC-related construction projects across the Bay Area. This full-time position is ideal for someone with experience in the mechanical or HVAC industry who is ready to lead field and office coordination across commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes leadership, client communication, and managing project controls from preconstruction through closeout.Key Responsibilities:Lead HVAC-focused commercial projects from planning to final turnoverOversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination for HVAC scopesServe as the point of contact for clients, engineers, vendors, and field teamsSupport and mentor junior team members and field personnelTrack project performance and address scope changes and field challengesUtilize Procore, Bluebeam, and P6/MS Project for documentation and schedule controlManage preconstruction services, estimating, and subcontractor buyoutQualifications:4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred5+ years of project management experience in mechanical or HVAC constructionProficient in PM software: Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and ExcelStrong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, mechanical equipment, and field installation practicesComfortable managing union field crews, subcontractors, and client expectationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompensation + Benefits:Full-time, exempt role with long-term project pipelineComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement plan with employer contributionPaid vacation, holidays, and sick leaveCareer advancement within a growing mechanical construction teamOpportunities to work on high-profile Bay Area projects
