This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while supporting our culinary team. If you're looking to be part of an exciting atmosphere and contribute to unforgettable dining experiences, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:Dishwashing and sanitation: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by efficiently washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure all areas are clean and sanitized according to health regulations.Kitchen support: Assist kitchen staff during meal prep between service periods. Help with organizing ingredients, prepping vegetables, and ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and ready for service.Waste management: Help implement eco-friendly practices, including proper disposal and recycling of waste, to support our sustainability initiatives.Inventory assistance: Assist with inventory management, ensuring all supplies are available for the kitchen staff to function efficiently.Team collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, contributing to a positive and productive environment.Food safety compliance: Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety standards.
