Patient Care Technician (PCT) – HCA Houston Conroe As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will provide hands‑on care, support Registered Nurses, and assist with patients’ daily needs, such as vital signs, mobility, and personal care. Your role helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients. Responsibilities Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery. Provide non‑medicated care such as dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices. Keep patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency. Manage supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness. Communicate kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality. Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support required. Active Texas CNA license required.
