Family Law Associate Attorney

Job Overview Our client, a premier Southern California Family Law firm, is seeking ambitious litigators. The ideal candidate has a passion for family law and a commitment to exceptional client service. Job Details Hybrid work environment. Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year. Conduct legal research to stay abreast of changes in family law and support case preparation. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve matters efficiently and amicably. Provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring they understand their rights and options. Collaborate with team members to strategize and prepare for court proceedings. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Participate in business development and networking activities to grow the firm's family law practice. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law. Active member in good standing with the State Bar. Proven experience in negotiation, legal research, and legal writing. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Demonstrated ability to handle high‑stress situations with professionalism and integrity. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. High level of initiative and self‑motivation, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
