Program Control Analyst/SpecialistOak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking highly skilled and motivated Program Control Analyst/Specialist to support operations in our Raleigh, NC office. The Program Control Analyst/Specialist is responsible for financial planning, project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition support, and performance monitoring of Government and/or commercial contracts. The position reports to the VP of Finance.This position requires an on-site presence.Oak Grove Technologies is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business based in Raleigh, NC, with a Test and Training Center located near Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall. Driven by its mission-focused approach, the company seeks top talent to develop impactful solutions.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor project financial performance against budgets, funding and forecastsPrepare monthly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and estimate to complete (ETCs)Analyze labor utilization, indirect rate impacts, and project profitabilitySupport revenue recognition and project status reportingTrack contract funding, backlog, burn rates and staffing projectionsAssist with annual operating plans and program budgetsPrepare variance analyses and management reportsSupport invoice reviews and contract modificationsQualificationsBachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field3+ years of program controls experienceStrong analytical and Excel skillsExperience with ERP systems such as Unanet, Costpoint, SAP.
