QUALIFICATIONS - NO LAWN CARE EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Experience with residential customers preferred Ability to use Computer Software Systems (CRM’s, Dialer Programs, Google Business Suite) High volume inbound/outbound sales environment experience Weekend and overtime availability March - May High Speed Internet Webcam Desktop/Laptop (No Chromebooks) Distraction Free Workspace 2 Monitors highly preferred Responsibilities: Meeting or Exceeding Weekly Sales Goals Up-selling Current Customers Qualify the prospect/Overcome Objections Adhere to all Company and Departmental StandardsPAID EMPLOYEE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
