Senior Project Manager - Commercial Drywall

ADP has been in the drywall business since 1992, serving the hospitality industry, residential markets, and commercial customers. Since our inception, we've completed a significant number of hotels, apartments, condominiums, student housing, assisted living projects, and residential homes for both production and custom builders.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager who is passionate about the construction process to join our Indianapolis, Indiana team. Responsibilities

• Own the managerial and administrative aspects of a project, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
• Ensure project estimates are accurate and complete
• Lead scope review meetings with clients to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to accomplish desired results
• Commit to quality by evaluating and improving project-related processes
• Use client input to drive improvements and meet or exceed internal and external expectations
• Act with integrity in a manner that supports the company, its values, and fellow associates, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting or exceeding customer requirements and expectations
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to project managers and coordinators on the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field — or 10+ years of commercial drywall construction experience
• Strong understanding of metal stud framing installation
• Strong understanding of acoustical ceiling systems
• Strong understanding of drywall installation
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore, and On-Screen Takeoff (OST) software
• Proven track record managing project performance and profitability on commercial projects
